The staff at the location is awesome! They are very helpful and always make sure everything is in the best condition. I would highly recommend both the sales and service departments.

Second time I have tried to schedule service on-line with Ceresco location. Unlike the Fremont location I am use to, they do not seem to be able to take and honor service appointments on-line. When I arrive I am greeted with skepticism and somewhat treated like I just showed up unannounced, which I would never do. So in this case, and my other Dillon experiences have all been 5 star with Fremont, I have to say I was pretty disappointed and they seem to be unable to track my service appointments and points through the Ford rewards system, so it is costing me a lot more to go there and have service done, so this was my last stop in Ceresco. I'll see if the Fremont location can take care of this Ford, I don't want to utilize other obvious alternatives.
